Welcome back to Club 100!

Dear Parents,

This lottery has been running a number of years and we’d like your continued support. It’s a great way of raising money for Unsworth Primary and can earn you a tidy amount of money if you win! This fund is used to support the children’s school trips and other extracurricular activities which would not be possible otherwise.

The way it works: at the start of the year we ask you to purchase numbers – they could be your favourite numbers or birthdays – for £10. Numbers are then drawn on a monthly basis and the winners are notified. In the past, each winner got £50 because we were able to sell all 100 numbers! Not bad for an investment of only £1 per month!

The lottery is open to all parents, family and friends willing to support Unsworth Primary. Remember, the more people who play, the greater the jackpot each month!

If you would like to secure your number(s) please detach the form below and send it back into school with cash or a cheque made out to Unsworth PTA. To help us out with the administration please use separate cheques for other school items and clearly label envelopes. Please return this form to school with your payment by Tuesday 12th October 2010.
